A not-for-profit organisation is an organisation whose primary purpose is to finance activities that help the community rather than make a profit for its members. These organisations consist of individuals with a common interest and may exist to solve a community or societal issue. Any profit the organisation generates returns to the organisation as funding. Not-for-profit organisations include clubs, societies and people associations. They may register as charities, but this isn’t mandatory.

CIC is a Community Interest Company.
Aid Giving CIC do not have assets. Aid Giving CIC do not even rent an office! Our office is a virtual office. We do not have employees. No wages; expenses or overheads. Why? Because we want every penny, pound or euro going to the needy.
We are a conduit between donor and the charity. Sad to say. There are charities and charities. We choose the charities who have had and are having a significant social impact on the lives of our communities.
